Villa Livia

By reserving and staying at Villa Livia, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Payments:
  • To secure your reservation, pay the required full amount. We accept cash, bank transfers and debit/credit cards.
  1. Cancellation Policy:
  • More than 60 days before arrival: credit for future stays or full refund (excluding transaction fees).
  • Less than 60 days before arrival or no-show: no credit or refund.
  1. Check-In and Check-Out:
  • Check-In Time: From 4:00 PM (Arriving day).
  • Check-Out Time: By 11:00 AM (Leaving day).
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and approval by the staff. Spanish law mandates guest personal info and travel document presentation upon arrival. Entry may be denied if they fail to do so.
  1. Property Use:
  • Events: Parties or events are not allowed on the property.
  • Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 10 AM.
  • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs.
  • Neighbors: Kindly respect our neighbors’ peace and privacy.
  • Common Areas: Maintain cleanliness and keep noise levels low in common areas.
  • Pool: Enjoy the pool from 10 AM to 10 PM. Please refrain from using glassware.
  • Kids: For the safety of our young guests, children must be supervised at all times when near the pool.
  • Conservation: Help us conserve energy and water during your stay.
  • Trash: Dispose of waste in designated community landfills.
  • Toilet Use: To prevent blockages, flush only toilet paper.
  1. Services:
  • Housekeeping: The cleaning fee covers the final housekeeping service. If you require additional or daily professional cleaning, it can be arranged for an extra fee, which should be paid directly at the property. To help us coordinate with our professional cleaning service, we kindly ask guests to provide at least one day’s advance notice.
  1. Liability:
  • We cannot assume responsibility for accidents, injuries, lost belongings, or provide refunds for early departures or appliance issues due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are responsible for your safety and that of your guests during your stay, and you agree not to hold the owner liable for any claims or legal fees related to your use of Villa Livia or any agreement breaches.
  1. Complaints, Feedback and Assistance:
  • Your feedback matters to us. If you have questions or concerns, please reach out to our staff for swift assistance.
  • If any issues arise during your stay, please promptly inform the staff, and we will work diligently to resolve them.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
  • Spanish law governs these terms. Any disputes are subject to exclusive Spanish court jurisdiction.
  1. Changes to Terms:
  • We reserve the right to modify these Policies, with updates posted on our website and related platforms, taking effect upon posting.
